If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will reverse or refund the applicable charge to the original payment method.
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship only to addresses within the United States.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, product availability, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Any Shipping Policy published on our website is incorporated into these Terms.
RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
Purchases are governed by our Return & Store Credit Policy. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method except when required by law or when we cancel an order after payment has been processed.
Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit only if all policy requirements are satisfied. Certain items are final sale or non-returnable.

PROMOTIONS
